Bust-a-Burpee Prices

Bust-a-Burpee $200 per term (first child) Sibling $100 per term

Bust-a-Burpee follows the school terms and is based on a 10 week program. Term must be paid for up-front and includes one Bust-a-Burpee session a week. Make up classes must be attended within the same school term.

Adult or family membership holders receive a 10% discount on Bust-a-Burpee terms.

Don’t forget that parents train for free during Bust-a-Burpee, Oly4 Kids or Bust-a-Gymnastics sessions!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Bust-a-Burpee

The ultimate kids fitness program. These sessions are action packed from start to finish and kids LOVE it! All sessions are based around games and challenges, covering skills such as monkey bars, gymnastics, rope climbing, parkour, explosive jumping and lots more

Bust-a-Burpee EXTREME

This program is for the cracker-dynamite kids! Extreme pushes your kids to the next level. With all the fun of Bust-aBurpee, combined with more advanced skills such as flips, strength training, strongman, gymnastics, double unders and more. With the introduction of timed challenges and speed work, extreme dudes love it!

Oly 4 Kids Level 1 & 2

This leading program that introduces the skills of Olympic Weightlifting in a fun, safe and exciting environment! Level One uses no weights as children are introduced to the correct shapes and techniques required for weightlifting. Children move to Level Two under the coaches’ discretion where weights are safely introduced and closely monitored

Bust-a-Gymnastics

This fun introduction to gymnastics sees children introduced to the correct shapes and techniques required for gymnastics on the following apparatus: beam, tramp, rings, bars, floor and parallettes. There is a strong focus on building flexibility, correct technique and body-shape throughout all gymnastic movements.

Bust-a-Gymnastics Strength Extension

This program caters for older children, focussing on bodyweight and strength movements used in gymnastics. More workoutstyle movements are introduced, with children focussing on building core and upper-body strength whilst maintain gymnastic flexibility.

Bust-A-Burpee

Developed by leading teachers and fitness industry experts, this program turns learning on its head, literally!
